VerdictScope is a service operated by Megatron Web, Serbia. It provides AI-powered legal-information and case-preparation software for U.S. legal matters. VerdictScope is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and does not replace consultation with a licensed attorney.
Use of this service does not create an attorney-client relationship. The information provided is general in nature and based on user-provided inputs.
Reports and other outputs are generated with artificial intelligence from the information you provide. AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and does not predict a legal outcome. Laws, procedures, and deadlines vary by jurisdiction and circumstance. Verify important information through official sources or a licensed attorney before acting on it.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing generated content, and deciding whether to act on it. Do not use the service for emergencies or rely on it as the sole source for a filing date, court deadline, immigration deadline, limitation period, or other time-sensitive legal requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. VerdictScope is not responsible for legal outcomes or for decisions made in reliance on generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Case Review / PLUS and Case Prep / PRO are one-time digital purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Current prices and included features are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Payments are currently processed by PayPal. If we use another payment processor in the future, the applicable processor will be identified at checkout. VerdictScope does not directly store full payment card information. Paid access is activated after successful payment confirmation. Payment failure, reversal, chargeback, refund, or fraud may result in suspension or revocation of the related paid entitlement where legally permitted.
Because paid digital analysis and access may be delivered immediately after successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the paid service has been successfully delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law. Please review the Refund Policy for details, including circumstances in which a refund may be considered. Nothing in that policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. VerdictScope retains its rights in the platform, software, branding, and original service content. You retain your rights in information you submit and may use your generated report for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Reports may not be resold or represented as professional legal advice.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting paid access will be communicated to affected users. This does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Megatron Web as the service provider, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you based on your location. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
By using this application, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity conducted through it. You may not use VerdictScope to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse automated systems, or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or comply with law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
